Commercial law

Contents are under revision.

During the past year of our professional experience a further field of practice areas is providing legal advice in the contractual procedure with regard to commercial deals, providing proposals for the wording of contracts and to find the compromise between the contracting parties.

Due to the complex nature of commercial deals such contracts are not also related to civil law, but very often also relate to the fields of corporate law, employment law and in particular cases to intellectual property law as well. As commercial deals very often concern several countries it is important to pay attention to the international commercial practice, and application of the legal regulations of other countries affected in the deal, for instance, with regard to the distribution of certain products.

In case the application of the legal regulations of other countries may arise, the Law Office undertakes to contact law offices registered and providing their legal service in the foreign country in question, to coordinate the replies to the legal issues and, if necessary, specify the legal issue in the commercial contract. Involving foreign law offices are necessary if the legal regulations of the countries in question are applicable in the deal.
